Booking Policies:
Our services including eyelash extensions, brow threading, lash lifts, brow lamination, spray tanning, dermaplaning facials and makeup are for women only. Please take the time to read and understand our policies here: https://bubusdluxlashes.com/policies/
Services are provided either:
a) in a client’s home, workplace, event venue, hotel, Airbnb or
b) in our designated mobile beauty vehicle. Visitors or extra guests are not permitted in our service vehicles.
An additional $50 fee may apply depending on location or accessibility issues such as a dangerously steep driveway or stairway, unrestrained pets or dogs, inaccurate address or location details.
All bookings must be paid in full at the time of booking, no refunds are given. Cancellations or Appointment-Reschedule-Request
We reserve the right to decline or cancel bookings at our discretion.

What should I do if I need to finish an appointment early?
Being a mobile service, we cannot guarantee arrival to the minute. Our therapists have a buffer of 20 minutes either side of the appointment time, so if you need to be finished by a certain time, please let us know two-days in advance.
How do I cancel or reschedule an appointment?
Give us at least two-days notice by text message on 027 2828 359 or email bubusdluxlashes@gmail.com. Please remember there are no refunds.
Is there anything I need to prepare for ahead of my appointment?
For lash appointments, please ensure that you have cleaned any waterproof mascara from your lashes prior to your appointment and that you do not have any makeup around your eyes. This will ensure that your lashes adhere properly and last longer.
For Beforecare and Aftercare Instructions – please read the description section of your booking to ensure you get the best results from your treatment.
For Allergies and Reactions – If you have any allergies or have had a reaction to any products or treatments in the past, please disclose this prior to your appointment. We want to ensure that we use products that are safe and suitable for you. Ensure you have taken your allergy medications prior to your appointment. If you have any kind of reaction you need to let us know as soon as possible within the first 24 hours to ensure we can safely direct you on what to do next.
Can I have my Children and Pets at my home appointment?
Yes, but please ensure that they will not be in the way of the therapist. Restrain any pets and have an activity, device and snacks available to entertain your children. We want to ensure a safe and comfortable environment for both you and your therapist.
What is the minimum spend to book an appointment?
Our minimum spend for our mobile service is $100.
Do you provide services for men?
No, unfortunately we are not providing services for men at this time.
What can I do if I’m unsatisfied with the service or results?
