– Only ONE client at a time – no visitors
– No Walkins sorry, By Appointment Only, Please Book Online
– No sickness or infections allowed. Please advise us immediately to reschedule and stay home if you are feeling sick or experience any flu-like symptoms
– Immediately declare any recent travel
– Contactless payment required at time of booking
– Payment Options: Afterpay, Laybuy or Bank Transfer, Debit Card or Credit Card
– No appointment changes within 24hrs
– No lateness – 10 minutes late with no contact will be cancelled with no refund
– No show or Late cancellation fee $50
– A Cleaning fee of $200 may be charged if you attend an appointment sick
– No refunds
– Lash infills: 65% coverage required. If you have less than 50% lashes left, a full set will be recommended
