– Only ONE client at a time – no visitors
– No Walkins sorry, By Appointment Only, Please Book Online
– No sickness or infections allowed. Please advise us immediately to reschedule and stay home if you are feeling sick or experience any flu-like symptoms
– Immediately declare any recent travel
– Contactless payment required at time of booking
– Payment Options: Afterpay, Laybuy or Bank Transfer, Debit Card or Credit Card
– No appointment changes within 24hrs
– No lateness – 10 minutes late with no contact will be cancelled with no refund
– No show or Late cancellation fee $50
– A Cleaning fee of $200 may be charged if you attend an appointment sick

– Lash infills: 65% coverage required. If you have less than 50% lashes left, a full set will be recommended
BEFORE YOUR APPOINTMENT: Please arrive on time with clean, makeup-free lashes. Makeup, dirt and oil will interfere with the lash adhesive and cause your extensions to fall out faster. Wash your hair the night before as you cannot wet your lashes for 48 hours. The appointment can take up to two hours so try to take a toilet break before you arrive. If you are pregnant, have had surgery, the flu, an eye infection, or any allergies, please let us know straight away. Avoid caffeine or smoking before your appointment as this may cause your eyes to twitch during application. Also, because of limited space in the salon, all non-clients, kids or waiting clients are not allowed in the waiting area
DURING YOUR APPOINTMENT: If it’s your first time, you will be given a Client Consultation and Consent Form to complete. This ensures we keep records of which curls, lengths and lash style you prefer. We also need to note any medical conditions you may have to ensure your treatment is as comfortable as possible. If you have any questions before treatment begins, this is the best time to ask them as you will not be able to talk during the lash application stage. We are more than happy to answer any questions you may have.
AFTER YOUR APPOINTMENT: For the first 48 hours, please avoid water, steam, oil or any makeup or creams on your lashes. Excessive heat, humidity, makeup, dirt and oil will interfere with the lash adhesive and cause your extensions to fall out faster. During the 48 hours, avoid any intensive activities, spa pools, hot rooms or saunas. You can resume your normal routine after this period. Air-Conditioned areas are ideal. Avoid getting any creams or makeup onto your lash extensions. Use a face cloth and Q-tips to clean around your eye area. Try not to pull, tug or play with your lashes. After swimming, cleanse your lashes to avoid any chlorine or salt build up. Sleep on your back to avoid accidentally sleeping on your lashes. Gently brush your lashes every morning with your lash wand. The golden rule is to always keep your lashes CLEAN, COOL and DRY. This will help your lashes last much longer.
LASH REMOVAL: Do not pull out your extensions as this can cause balding. Professional lash removal using a gentle cream remover is $30 otherwise you can use a home remedy by saturating a cotton pad with olive oil/coconut oil & letting it sit on your lashes for 20-30minutes. Then wash your face as normal. Repeat if needed
