The WINZ TIA (Training Incentive Allowance) form, WINZ course outline letter and a Lash Business Plan Template will be emailed to you once your enrolment has been received.

2) Log into your MyMSD online service https://my.msd.govt.nz/
3) Upload your completed WINZ Training Incentive Allowance form and WINZ course outline letter
4) Ring 0800 559 009 to follow-up on processing time
5) Payment confirmed. Start online learning and attend In-person live training session
